Catering Sales Manager – responsible for catering sales and marketing for the conference center. Maintain and develop new accounts and generate top line revenue for the conference center. Complete daily/weekly/monthly booking reports, summary reports, expense reports and any other administrative duties on a timely basis. Work closely with other management team members within the Hotel to maximize revenues and guest satisfaction. Achieve monthly revenue booking, outside sales calls, client site inspections and telemarketing goals established in conjunction with Director of Catering. Competent in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Exp with Delphi software program preferred. Previous hospitality exp preferred. Prior Catering Sales exp required. Ability to work flexible hours based on business demands which may include weekends, holidays, etc. Knowledge of DeSoto county and Shelby County market a plus.
