For each individual making up Longview Heights Baptist Church to come to know, experience, and obey God in an intimate way (personal revival), preparing us for God’s “next” in and through His church body.

People long to know how to move from head knowledge about God to an intimate relationship with God. Over the years, God has used the truths of Experiencing God to awaken believers to a radically God-centered way of life as they learned to personally know, trust, and walk with God. This new special edition of Experiencing God is revised, updated for 2022, and ready to lead us again—or for the very first time—into a personal revival and a deeper relationship with God.

- Personal revival throughout the entire church, which can lead to church-wide revival.

- God to prepare LHBC for our next pastor and the future of this church.

- People who serve in various areas of the church on Sunday mornings to be discipled and spiritually refreshed during the week.

- Community Group teachers to participate in a small group study without having leadership responsibilities.

- Deeper bonds of fellowship to develop within the Community Groups as individuals spend additional time together each week.
